Mexico, May 31, 2013 -- Moody's de Mexico ("Moody's") announced today that due to a clerical error the C.mx (sf) (National Scale) and C (sf) (Global Scale, Local Currency) ratings of the certificates CICB 08, a securitization of construction loans in Mexico, were withdrawn on May 12, 2013. However, the maturity date of the CICB 08 certificates was May 27, 2013. As a result, the correct withdrawal date is May 27, 2013 and the rating is withdrawn as of that date.
