Moody's downgrades the rating of one note and confirms the rating of one note in 2 Italian RMBS transactions: Siena Mortgages 07-5 and CR Firenze Mutui

London, 24 January 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded the rating of one junior note in the residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) transaction Siena Mortgages 07-5 S.p.A and confirmed the rating of one junior note in CR Firenze Mutui S.r.l. Swap counterparty exposure has prompted today's action. At the same time, Moody's affirmed the ratings of all tranches from these two transactions which were not on review for possible downgrade.
