Moody's determines no negative rating impact on Bilkreditt 2 Limited following Deutsche Bank's downgrade

Frankfurt am Main, December 14, 2012 -- Moody's has determined that the proposed amendments and waivers (the "Proposal") by Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch ("Deutsche Bank") relating to its role as the Transaction Account Bank under the Transaction Account Agreement will not, in and of itself at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings of the notes (the "Notes") issued by Bilkreditt 2 Limited (the "Issuer"). Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the proposal may be considered to have negative effects in any other respect.
