Crestwood Midstream Partners LP -- Moody's assigns B1 rating to new Crestwood notes
New York, March 09, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service assigned a B1 rating to Crestwood Midstream Partners LP's (Crestwood) proposed $700 million senior unsecured notes due 2023. Use of proceeds will be used to fund the redemption of the 7.75% notes due 2019, and repay outstanding borrowings under the company's revolving credit facility. All other ratings for Crestwood remain unchanged, and the outlook is stable.
