AARP, DC -- Moody's Affirms Aa1/VMIG 1 on AARP, DC's LOC-backed Taxable Variable Rate Demand Notes, Series 2001
New York, July 14, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the letter of credit (LOC)-backed Aa1 / VMIG 1 ratings of the AARP Taxable Variable Rate Demand Notes (the Notes) in connection with the replacement of the current LOC provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. with an LOC provided by Bank of America, N.A. (the Bank).
