Quotes
"Canada's climate plan is working, and we are excited to share that news with partners such as the Carbon Pricing Leadership Coalition. By working together across local, national, and international borders, we can make sure that pollution is no longer free and that proceeds from carbon-pollution pricing are used to support the people, communities, and sectors who need it most.
"Pollution is not free. The world is paying a price today in terms of record storms, wildfires, floods, and heat waves—all of which carry real economic costs. That is why the Government of Canada has taken action and put measures in place to reduce carbon pollution so that Canadians can enjoy a clean—and growing—economy that is more affordable for everyone."
