    GREENVILLE, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 18, 2005--The Liberty Corporation (NYSE:LC) today announced that it will provide an online Web simulcast of its year-end conference call on Wednesday, March 2, 2005. The Company will release results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2004, before the market opens on March 2.
    The live broadcast of The Liberty Corporation's conference call will begin at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on March 2. An online replay will be available approximately two hours following the conclusion of the live broadcast and will continue through April 2, 2005.
