Isabella Bank Corporation Announces Second Quarter 2020 Dividend

MT. PLEASANT, Mich., May 29, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Isabella Bank Corporation (OTCQX:ISBA) announced today that the Board of Directors of the Corporation declared a second quarter cash dividend of $0.27 per common share at its regular meeting held on May 27, 2020.  The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2020 to shareholders of record as of June 26, 2020.  Based on ISBA's closing stock price of $16.30 per share as of May 27, 2020, the annualized cash dividend yield was 6.63%.
