EnLink Midstream, LLC To Acquire EnLink Midstream Partners - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - The EnLink Midstream companies, EnLink Midstream, LLC (ENLC) and EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (ENLK) announced a merger agreement whereby EnLink Midstream, LLC will acquire all outstanding common units of EnLink Midstream Partners, LP not already owned by EnLink Midstream, LLC in a unit-for-unit exchange transaction.

The pro forma company will retain the name EnLink Midstream, LLC, and will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange as ENLC. EnLink Midstream Partners common unitholders will be entitled to receive 1.15 common units of pro forma ENLC for each common unit of ENLK owned. ENLC's incentive distribution rights in ENLK will be eliminated.
