Eagle Mountain Signs Strategic Participation Agreement

Eagle Mountain Corporation (OTCQB:EMTC -- temporarily EMTCD) today announced the signing of a Participation Agreement with a Chinese Consortium and Mexican partner to bid on multiple electric power infrastructure projects in Mexico that have been approved for participation by foreign investors. EMTC will manage both the bid process and subsequently successful projects offered by the Federal Electricity Commission of Mexico ("CFE” or "Comision Federal de Electricidad”). The Chinese consortium led by Shandong PuSheng Petrochemical Co., Ltd. ("SPPCL”) includes the Power Construction Corporation of China, Ltd ("Power China”) and Yorkshire Capital Limited ("YCL”). The Company’s Mexican partner is acting on behalf of Infraestructura Electrica Mexicana, S.A. de C.V. (IEM).
