Benante, Chairman and CEO of Curtiss-Wright Corporation , announced today that on Tuesday, May 6, 2008, the Board of Directors declared a dividend of eight cents ($0.08) per share for Common Stock, payable July 18, 2008 to stockholders of record as of July 3, 2008.
