Crocs Names Andrew Rees President And Principal Executive Officer - Quick Facts
(RTTNews) - Crocs Inc. (CROX) Tuesday named consumer brand management expert Andrew Rees as the President of the Crocs brand, effective June 9. Rees also will assume the role of principal executive officer, replacing Thomas Smach on an interim basis.
Rees joins Crocs from LEK Consulting, where he founded and led LEK's retail and consumer products practice for 14 years. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at Reebok Int'l, where he served as VP of strategic planning and vice president of retail operations.
In the meantime, the board of directors continues its search for the right CEO candidate.
