Buca di Beppo Introduces Eight New Items to Menu; Appetizers, Entrees and Desserts Round Out New Offerings

"Buca di Beppo is continually developing a new array of dishesthat appeal to our guests' discerning palates," says Carron Harris, VPof food and beverage for Buca di Beppo. New menu items added this spring include:

-- Artichoke Spinach Dip: Creamy artichoke and spinach dip baked with fontina and asiago cheeses. Served piping hot with Romano garlic flatbread- perfect for dipping.

-- Chopped Antipasto Salad: Classic chopped lettuce salad loaded with pepperoni, prosciutto, tomatoes, cucumbers and feta, provolone and gorgonzola cheeses. Tossed in Italian vinaigrette and garnished with pepperoncinis and olives.

-- Lasagna: Nine layers of lasagna noodles stuffed with our homemade meat sauce and a savory combination of ricotta, mozzarella, provolone and romano cheeses, baked in our fresh-made-daily marinara.

-- Porchetta Rustica: Tender slices of herb roasted pork in a rustic red wine sauce with balsamic vinegar, blueberries, capers and hazelnuts. Served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

-- Double Dark Chocolate Cake: Moist dark chocolate cake with layers of rich chocolate icing on a bed of chocolate Sambuca sauce.

-- Chocolate Vesuvio: Rich chocolate caramel fudge brownie served with vanilla ice cream, chocolate Sambuca sauce and caramel.

-- Triple Berry Shortcake: Cream cheese pound cake layered with a mix of berries, frosted with white chocolate cream, hazelnuts and raspberry sauce.

-- Dolce Platter: A medley of dessert favorites including Double Dark Chocolate Cake, Homemade Cheesecake, Lemon Tart and our famous, homemade Tiramisu.
