BankAtlantic to Sponsor Educational Seminar for Local Property Managers and Community Associations in Palm City, Florida

BankAtlantic, Florida’s Most Convenient Bank, announced today that it has partnered with local Attorney, Jay Steven Levine and local CPA, Kevin M. Payne to host an educational seminar and continuing education credits to Treasure Coast Property Managers and Community Associations including Homeowners’ Associations ("HOA”) and Condominium Owners’ Associations ("COA”).

The seminar will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2010, from 11:00 a.m. to approximately 2:30 p.m. at Manero's Restaurant, 2851 SW High Meadow Avenue, in Palm City. A complimentary lunch will be provided, courtesy of BankAtlantic. Attendees will earn two free hours of Licensed Community Association Manager continuing education credits (course #9625650 in the "other” category). Valuable educational information regarding laws and accounting information will be provided and tailored for property managers and community associations including HOA and COA board members. The program will feature:

• Attorney Jay Steven Levine, of the Jay Steven Levine Law Group presenting a course entitled "Assessment Collection Crisis – the Next Generation; Borrowing Money”.
• Kevin Payne, CPA with Proctor, Crook, Crowder & Fogal, P.A., presenting on Association Internal Controls and Fraud.

The seminar is open to all Treasure Coast Property Managers and Community Associations including HOAs and COAs, particularly those located in Martin and St. Lucie counties.
