RBA Minutes On Tap For Tuesday
(RTTNews) - The Reserve Bank of Australia will on Tuesday release the minutes from its November 1 monetary policy meeting, highlighting a modest day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.
At the meeting, the bank kept the cash rate unchanged at 1.50 percent, as expected. The bank had reduced the rate by 25-basis points each in August and May.
Singapore will provide September figures for retail sales; in August, sales were down 1.1 percent on month and 1.0 percent on year.
Indonesia will see October data for imports, exports and trade balance. In September, imports were worth $11.30 billion and exports were at $12.51 billion for a trade surplus of $1.216 billion.
