New York, January 31, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has reviewed the Notice of Appointment of Remarketing Agent dated January 30, 2014 related to the Illinois Educational Facilities Authority Adjustable Rate Revenue Bonds, The University of Chicago, Series 1998B (the "Series 1998B Bonds"). The Notice, which is given pursuant to Section 8.11 of the Trust Indenture pursuant to which the Series 1998B Bonds were issued, states that PNC Capital Markets LLC has replaced J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as the remarketing agent for the Series 1998B Bonds as of that date. The replacement of the remarketing agent will not have an adverse effect affect on the credit quality of the bonds and therefore will not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of Moody's rating. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the replacement could have other, non credit-related effects.
