New York, January 07, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service was informed that Irvine Mezz Holdings LLC, the controlling class holder for the Centerside II Loan, has elected to terminate CWCapital Asset Management LLC (CWCAM) as the existing Special Servicer for the Centerside II Loan and to appoint Trimont Real Estate Advisors, Inc. (Trimont) as the successor Special Servicer for the Centerside II Loan. The Proposed Special Servicer Transfer and Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
