New York, May 11, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that entry by Palmer Square CLO 2013-2, Ltd. (the "Issuer") into a supplemental indenture dated as of May 11, 2015 (the "First Supplemental Indenture") by and among the Issuer, Palmer Square CLO 2013-2,LLC as Co-Issuer and Citibank, N.A., as Trustee, and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of themselves and at this time result in the withdrawal or reduction with respect to the current rating by Moody's of the Class A-1 Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the First Supplemental Indenture could have non-credit-related effects.
