New York, July 20, 2016 -- Moody's Liquidity Stress Index (LSI) continued to improve in the first two weeks of July, fueled by mixed news, the rating agency says in its latest edition of SGL Monitor. The index, which declines when liquidity improves, eased to 8.6% in mid-July from 8.7% at the end of June, extending its descent from a recent peak of 10.3% in March.
