New York, February 05, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that 535-545 FEE LLC, the Borrower for the 535 and 545 Fifth Avenue mortgage loan, has elected to defease the loan with U.S.Government Securities which include Treasuries and/or Agencies. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
