New York, January 24, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that the proposed partial repurchase by Claris Limited, Sonoma Valley 2007-1 (the "Issuer") of various tranches of notes in accordance with the terms of two partial redemption deeds between, inter alias, the Issuer and Societe Generale, and performance of the activities contemplated therein will not, in and of themselves and at this time, result in the withdrawal, reduction or other adverse action with respect to any current ratings by Moody's (including any private or confidential ratings or credit estimates) of any class or sub-class of notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the proposed partial repurchase could have non-credit-realted effects.
