London, 24 March 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has today affirmed the ratings of Inmarsat plc ("Inmarsat"), CFR at Ba1 and PDR at Ba1-PD, as well as the Ba2 rating of the USD1.0 billion Senior Notes due 2022 issued by Inmarsat Finance plc ("Inmarsat Finance"), which are unconditionally guaranteed by Inmarsat. The rating outlook has been revised to negative from stable.
