New York, March 05, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today upgraded Banco PSA Finance Brasil S.A.'s (Banco PSA) long-term global local and foreign currency deposit ratings to Ba1, from Ba2, and the long-term Brazilian national scale deposit rating to Aa2.br, from Aa3.br. The rating action follows Moody's upgrade of the ratings of its French parent Banque PSA Finance, announced on 27 February 2015. At the same time, Moody's maintained unchanged Banco PSA's baseline credit assessment (BCA) of ba3, equivalent to a bank financial strength rating of D-, the short-term global local and foreign currency deposit ratings of Not Prime, and the short-term Brazilian national scale deposit rating of BR-1. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
