New York, November 26, 2013 -- Moody's inadvertently failed to downgrade the Atlantic City Municipal Utilities Authority ("MUA") on October 29, 2010 when the City of Atlantic City was downgraded. Atlantic City MUA's Series 2007 bonds are guaranteed by the city and therefore should receive the same General Obligation rating as the city. The corrected rating history for the Atlantic City MUA Series 2007 bonds is as follows:
