Sao Paulo, October 18, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today said that all A2 and A3 senior unsecured domestic and foreign currency ratings ratings of América Móvil S.A.B. de C.V. (América Móvil) and related guaranteed rated entities remain under review for possible downgrade, following the company's withdrawal of the proposed offer for all of the issued and outstanding shares of Koninklijke KPN N.V. ("KPN", Baa2 negative) at a price of EUR2.40 per share or EUR 7.2 billion (USD9.16 billion).
