Ultra Clean Holdings Appoints Kevin Eichler As CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (UCTT) announced that it has appointed Casey Eichler as President and Chief Financial Officer or CFO, effective March 25, 2015.

UCT said Eichler joined the company in August of 2009 as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that Casey was on the company's board of directors from February of 2004 to July of 2009 and served as the Chair of the Audit committee.

Before joining UCT, Eichler was the senior vice president and chief financial officer of Credence Systems from January 2008 to November 2008, and the executive vice president of operations and chief financial officer of MarketTools from March 2006 to December 2007. Casey served as the vice president and chief financial officer of MIPS Technologies from June 1998 to February 2006. Prior to that, he held management positions with several technology companies including Visigenic Software, NeXT, Inc., and Microsoft, the company noted.
