The merger between Nordjyske Bank and Ringkjøbing Landbobank

The process up to the merger is progressing well and both banks are now ready to convene extraordinary general meetings.

Ringkjøbing Landbobank’s extraordinary general meeting will be held
at 10 a.m. Thursday 7 June 2018 in ROFI-Centeret, Kirkevej 26, Ringkøbing, Denmark.

The bank’s shareholders’ committee supports the board of directors’ and general management’s proposal for the merger. The full management thus recommends the shareholders to support the merger and participate in the extraordinary general meeting, either by attending in person or by issuing a proxy to the board of directors.

Please go to the bank’s website www.landbobanken.com to register for the extraordinary general meeting, issue a proxy or cast a postal vote. You can also contact the bank’s staff.

A number of corporate documents relating to the merger are attached and these may also be found on the bank’s website.

A merger document will be published around 31 May 2018 which will contain information equivalent to that of a prospectus.
