Spark Therapeutics Prices IPO At $23.00 Per Share - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Spark Therapeutics announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7 million shares of common stock at a public offering price of $23.00 per share, before underwriting discounts.

All of the shares in the offering are being sold by Spark. In addition, Spark has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 1.05 million additional shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.

Spark's common stock has been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Global Select Market and is expected to begin trading under the symbol "ONCE" on January 30, 2015.
