Schuyler K. Geller, M.D., is recognized by Continental Who's Who
TREADWAY, Tenn., May 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Schuyler K. Geller, M.D., is recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the Medical field.
Dr. Geller serves as a Full-Time Hospitalist and Principal Consultant for The Copperridge Group, which specializes in "Helping people live healthier lives on their terms" and providing health, wellness and fitness services and products.

In addition to his work at the Copperridge Group, Dr. Geller is currently employed at Civil Vision International as a Member of the Board of Directors, at Elm Hollow Farms as a Rancher and is an Active Hospitalist/ICU Physician and Global Health Consultant with extensive civilian and military-based experience in the U.S., Africa, the Middle East and South Asia.
Dr. Geller earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and Education from Indiana State University in 1970. He then went on to earn his Medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1976 and then his Master of Public Health degree in Healthcare Management from Harvard University School of Public Health in 1997, from which he graduated with a 3.9 grade point average.
Prior to joining the team at the Copperridge Group, Dr. Geller worked at TeamHealth, Wellmont Health System, Hospital Physician Partners and was a Physician Leader in the United States Air Force. He was awarded multiple honors for his service, including the Defense Superior Service Medal and was part of the White House Medical Unit Commendations for planning and leading surgical and ICU teams in direct support President Clinton on trips to Vietnam and Africa in 2000.
To further his professional development, Dr. Geller is a member of the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States, the American College of Physicians and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. When not working, he volunteers his time to the Treadway Volunteer Fire Department as a Logistics Support Volunteer, and supports animal rescue organizations, farming, global health training and development and The Examined Life.
In recognition of his outstanding accomplishments, Dr. Geller was named a Leading Physician of the World and a Top Hospitalist in Tennessee by the International Association of Internists in July 2016. His advice to those entering the profession is to "do what you love."
Dr. Geller dedicates this recognition to his son, Schuyler Geller Jr., who is an attorney in Chicago; to the loving memory of his father, Dr. Samuel Geller; and to his mother, Marcella Geller.
