Registration of the merger with the Danish Business Authority

We herewith advise that the Danish Business Authority has today carried out the final registration of the merger as adopted by the extraordinary general meetings of Ringkjøbing Landbobank and Nordjyske Bank held on 7 June 2018, and as a result Nordjyske Bank was dissolved.

As the merger is finally completed, the last trading date for the shares in Nordjyske Bank A/S on Nasdaq Copenhagen is Friday 8 June 2018. The new shares in Ringkjøbing Landbobank that are issued in connection with the merger will be admitted to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen on Monday 11 June 2018. The merger settlement process in VP SECURITIES will take place on Tuesday 12 June 2018 after daily update in VP SECURITIES, and such changes are expected to appear on the shareholder deposit accounts the following day.
