Perrigo Gets FDA Final Approval For Generic Equivalent To Cutivate Lotion, 0.05%

(RTTNews) - Perrigo Co. (PRGO) Wednesday said it has received final approval for its abbreviated new drug application for fluticasone propionate lotion, 0.05 percent, the generic equivalent to Cutivate Lotion, 0.05 percent. Perrigo will commence shipment of the product immediately.

Cutivate Lotion 0.05 percent (fluticasone propionate lotion, 0.05 percent) is indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of atopic dermatitis in patients 1 year of age or older. It has annual sales of $19 million, as measured by Symphony Health Solutions.
