Medidata Guides 2019 Revenue Below View - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Life sciences firm Medidata Solutions, Inc. (MDSO) on Tuesday initiated its outlook for the full-year 2019.

For fiscal 2019, the company now projects net income in a range of $39 million to $46 million and adjusted net income in the range of $107 million to $114 million.

Total revenue for the year is expected between $734 million and $746 million, with subscription revenue of $619 million to $631 million and professional services revenue of about $115 million.

On average, analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report earnings of $1.84 per share on revenues of $749.49 million for the year. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
