MAJOR SHAREHOLDER ANNOUNCEMENT

In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act (værdipapirhandelsloven), it is hereby announced that OW Bunker A/S (the "Company") has been informed that as off 6 June 2014 T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. (the "Shareholder") holds a total of 1,845,379 shares each with a nominal value of DKK 1, corresponding to 5.01 % of the total share capital in the Company.

The Shareholder holds in total 1,744,632 voting rights, corresponding to 4.74 % of the total voting rights.
