Magnum Hunter Resources Names Joseph Daches CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Magnum Hunter Resources Corp. (MHR) said it has appointed Joseph Daches as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 22, 2013. Ronald Ormand, the company's current Chief Financial Officer, would continue with the company as Executive Vice President-Finance and assume an additional role as Head of Capital Markets.

Daches brings over 20 years of regulatory compliance, financial reporting, technical accounting, management and oil and gas accounting experience, mainly within the energy industry.

In Ormand's extented role as Head of Capital Markets, he would exclusively concentrate on the company's financial, banking and capital markets activities.
