M6 METROPOLE TELEVISION : Cessation of a Liquidity Contract

With effective date December 31 2012, METROPOLE TELEVISION (Paris:MMT) has ended its liquidity contract with the investment services provider EXANE BNP Paribas.

At this date, the following assets were booked to the liquidity account:

• 128 548 shares
• 1 231 657,91 €

For information, on June 29 2012, date of the last liquidity contract statement, the following assets were booked to the liquidity account:

• 124 885 shares M6 Métropole Télévision
• 1 309 249 €

IMPLEMENTATION OF A LIQUIDITY CONTRACT

By contract dated of December 7, 2012, METROPOLE TELEVISION has assigned the investment services provider NATIXIS the task of implementing a liquidity contract in compliance with the AMAFI charter of September 20^th, 2008 approved by the AMF on the 1^st of October 2008.
This contract, signed for one year, and renewable every year by tacit consent, has been implemented on January 2^nd 2013.

To implement this contract, the following assets were allocated to the liquidity account:

• 128 548 shares
• 1 231 657,91 €
