Incap Corporation has on 1 October 2018 received an announcement in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Market Act, according to which the holding of Nordea Bank Abp out of Incap Corporation's shares and votes has exceeded the flagging limit.

Date on which the threshold was reached: 1 October 2018
Resulting situation after the threshold was reached: 614,099 shares, i.e. 14.07% out of all shares and votes
Reason for the notification: The holding of shares and votes was transferred from Nordea Bank AB (publ) after its merger to Nordea Bank Abp.
Chain of controlled undertakings through which the shares are effectively held: Nordea Bank Abp/Nordea Life Holding Ab/Nordea Life Assurance Finland Ltd. holding 14.07% out of all shares and votes and 614,099 shares in total.
