FRNT 2012 Ltd. - Closing of transaction

Frontline 2012 Ltd is pleased to announce that the first stage of the previously announced transaction with Knightsbridge Tankers Limited has closed.  Frontline 2012 Ltd. has received 31 Million shares in Knightsbridge Tankers Limited in exchange for 11 Cape size bulk carrier newbuildings and two Newcastlemaxs newbuildings.
