Extra Space Storage Q4 FFO Up - Quick Facts

(EXR) Thursday reported fourth-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, of $62.92 million or $0.52 per share, up from $48.07 million or $0.43 per share in the same period last year. Adjusted FFO for the quarter was $68.43 million or $0.57 per share. On average, 15 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report FFO of $0.55 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Net income attributable to common stockholders increased to $172.08 million or $1.53 per share from $117.31 million or $1.14 per share last year.
