DOVRE GROUP BOARD DECIDES ON LONG TERM INCENTIVE PROGRAM
The Board of Directors has decided on a long-term incentive program for the top management of Dovre Group.
The LTI 2018 has a one year earning period, and the key metric is operating profit. Any rewards based on the program will be paid out in shares. The recipients can trade their LTI shares earliest in the spring of 2021. A maximum of 10 persons in Dovre Group senior management, including all members of the Group Executive Team, are selected to participate in the programs.
If the performance targets set for the program are achieved, the aggregate value of rewards paid (ie the total cost to company) of the plan is around 150 kEUR. This estimate is based on the share price on May 30th, 2018.
The purpose of the plan is to align the objectives of the owners and management, and to increase profitability and share price.
