Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG buys in Wildau

Rostock, 11/09/2018 - Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG (ISIN DE000A2G9LL1) has acquired a logistics property in Wildau (near Berlin).

With the logistics object in Wildau, the Deutsche Industrie has bought a second time (after Fehrbellin) in the booming region of Berlin / Brandenburg. The specialised in the storage and distribution of frozen food object is located in an established commercial area, next to the shopping mall "A10 Center" directly on the motorway A10 - Berliner Ring. The tenants are wholesalers and retailers in the food industry. The weighted average remaining term of all leases is 3.9 years. Overall, the property has a leasable area of almost 15,000 sqm. With a vacancy rate of 4.2% it generates an annualised income of approximately TEUR 1,050. The total investment amounts to EUR 12.5 million and the net initial yield is 8.4 %.

After expiration of a waiting period agreed with the seller, this transaction, which has already been notarised in July, can now be published.
