CPI PROPERTY GROUP announces the disposal of an office building located in Prague. The building, with approximately 10,000 sqm of usable space, serves as the headquarters of Nestlé for the Czech and Slovak Republics. The disposal occurred today, and the buyer is a local real estate investment group.
