Arcam: Information from the Extraordinary General Meeting May 28, 2015

The Extraordinary General Meeting gathered around 20 participants representing a total of around 100 shareholders. The following decisions were made;Share savings program

The EGM decided, as suggested by the Board of Directors, to launch a long-term incentive program proposal for members of the Group management teams.

In accordance with the share savings program the EGM decided on a directed new share issue of a total of 20 000 shares. The participants will be invited to subscribe to these shares as shares in the program.

Changes to the bylaws

The EGM decided, as suggested by the Board of Directors, to change the bylaws to incorporate c-shares. The c-shares are added for the sole purpose of giving the company means to administer the Share savings program above.
