Announcement concerning large shareholders under the Danish Capital Markets Act

Jyske Bank A/S, company reg. (CVR) no. 17616617, has today notified Ringkjøbing Landbobank of Jyske Bank’s ownership interest in the bank.

Jyske Bank’s ownership interest exceeded 10% with effect from 12 June 2018. With effect from 13 June 2018, the ownership interest has been reduced to below 5% following completion of the previously announced transaction between Jyske Bank and Nykredit Realkredit.
